Accedendo al sito web di EINAI e interagendo con i servizi di Memoria Aziendale correlati, l'utente accetta i seguenti termini. Se l'utente non accetta i presenti Termini, non potrà accedere ai Servizi offerti.
2. Proprietà intellettuale
I layout, i design, le implementazioni architetturali e i modelli presentati sotto il marchio EINAI e MIRTILLA costituiscono proprietà esclusiva di EINAI SRL e non possono essere replicati o reingegnerizzati senza consenso.
3. SLA e limitazione di responsabilità
Per l'utenza Enterprise, EINAI fornisce specifici Service Level Agreement (SLA). Pur operando in ottica di operational resilience, non possiamo garantire che il sito/vetrina sia esente da brevi e intermittenti manutenzioni. La responsabilità è confinata a quanto stipulato nei contratti diretti.

For Enterprise users, explicit Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are established natively. In no underlying event shall EINAI be held accountable for showcase unavailability caused by intermittent maintenance routines. Limitations align with B2B industry standards unless specifically stated in a direct contract.
